NEW COLONIAL BISHOP. London, March 21. The Archbishop of Canterbury and Di Winnington-Ingrum, Bishop of London have nominated the llev. Clayton Twit chell, vicar of All Hallows, East India Docks, as Missionary Bishop of Polynesia. The Bishop of London transfers to Mr. Twitchell all his jurisdiction over Polynesia. Bishop Willis, of Honolulu, will continue his work in Tonga. BUKCiLAIt'S UNIQUE CAPTUKE. Melbourne, March 21. A man was found oaiiy this morning fast in the chimney of a harbor's shop at Horsham. The chimney was pulled down to release him. He was arrested on a charge of breaking and entering. He stated that he had been put down the chimney, but declined to disclose the names of his accomplices.
