WAREA. (From Our Own Corespondent). The weather here lately bus been a little on the wet side, rain falliug nearly every day for about a fortnight. The rivers consequently have all been in heavy flood. During the lust day or two there has been a little change in the weather, anil there are now hopes of it keeping line for ' a while.
The new concrete dam thai ha- ju-t been built across the Kailiihi river imthe Okato Dairy Company i- now <ontpleted. and ought to give more satisfaction that the wood and stone one. The new dam Ims lieen built similarly to the Warca factory's (lam across the W'aiwcrauni river.
