At the hides tales, heavies were unchanged, whilo medium and light were (—'GUI SYDNEY WOOL AND GRAIN MARKET. Received Nov. 8, 13 a.m. Sydney .November 7. The week's wool closed with slack bidding. Prices foF good sorts were par to 5 per cent, and inferiors fully 5 per cent lower. Withdrawals were heavy. Wheat holders are disinclined to take less than ss, which is above buyers' ideas. A little business was done at is 9d to 4s lOd. Bran and pollard Is to Is 2d.

The chaff market is well supplied with Southern, and there is good demand The wheat coming forward is very prime. The price remains firm at £$ 10s, local-grown £7 10s ex rail.
