UNIVERSITY REFORM.
Received 25th, 10.37 pan. London, July 25. The Bishop of Birmingham,'in the House of Lords, suggested that the Government appoint a Commission to consider University reform. The Earl of Crewe replied that the Government wanted more evidence of the Universities' inability to reform themselves.
