Bosanquet, to command at Portsmouth; ViceAdmiral Lord Charles Ueresford, the Channel fleet; Vice-Admiral Str C. Brory the Mediterranean fleet; BearAdmiral Sir A. U. Curgonhowe, the Atlantic fleet; Rear-Admiral Sur i. U. Bndseman, the Home fleet, \»ceAdnural Sir W. V.May becomes Kcond Sea Lord, and Rear-Admiral A. L. Wutslowe fourth Sea Lord. BearAdniral Prince Louis of Battenburg will be appointed second in command of the Mediterranean fleet, RearAdjwral C. H. Adair succeeding him in command of the second cruiser wuadron. Captain F. a. lngleheld So ot the Lords of thJ Admiralty, and jural aide to the King, commands the fourth cruiser squadron vice RearAdmiral Bosanquet.
