BUKHAREST, .luly 10. The mutinwrs have been hospitably entertained in Roumauiu. Many arc harvesting in .the interior, ami others are living in barracks. , St. PETERSBURG, July 11. I Four officers and twenty non-com-missioned officers were sentenced at Warsaw to he shot (or refusing to HP lo Manchuria, on the ground that the wealthier folk evaded service by bribing officials. A Lithuanian regiment refusing to execute the sentence, Cossacks did so.
