Tho Evening Post to-uight refers to some discontent among the members of UlO submarino miners corps of tho permanent force stationed at Shelly Bay over orderly work a"d picket duty. The paper adds: "The condition of the corps seems l to call for prompt investigation', and wo think that it will then be Hound that some measure of reorganisation is imperatively necessary."
