FRENCH SHIP LOST. NOUMEA, Jan. 8. The French ship llandaUdine, of 3000 tolls, with nickel ore tor Gin* gow, after towing out of Homo, drifted during the nigiit <yi to a «rof between Cape Goal vain and Contrariete Island. The captain and five gow, after towing out of Kome, and the mate and the remainder of the crew arrived at llonrail. The ship, is considered a loss.
