Assisted by hit stable mate Night/all for the drat live furlongs Grand Rapids covered a mile in Imin 44see, while Mr Steod'9 other pair, Martian and Cruciform, did ton furlongs in 2mi& 13} sec, the Inst mile talcing lmin 4ttsec. In each case a record was established.
