f 1 ' REVOLTING CANNIBALS. , (Received July 5, 10.37 p.m.) SIERRA LEONE, July 5. News has been received here that Rauss, a Swiss officer, and fifteen of the Congo Free State soldiers in the Mongolia district were killed and eaten by the Bundjas tribe. Two hundred troops have been sent to suppress the revolt.
