CONDITIONS. Three crews to enter or no second All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the plroper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Objections with qualifications of a competitor shall be made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest moment practicable. No protest or objection shall be entertains lm | e ss placed in the hands of the Secretary within 48 hours after the day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10s must accompany each protest, which sum may lie forfeited i, the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee 5 per cent, of the total amount of prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (inch/ding substitutes), and colours to he worn, must be lodged at time of entry. All post entries (lo close on Regatta day at 12 noon.) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may bo necessary. Entries for the Four-Oar, Pair-Oar and Single Sculls close with the Secretary nt the Foresters' Hall Uait.ara, on THURSDAY, March lo' at 8.30 p.m. Entries for all Whaleboat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, March 11 tit, at 8 p.m. Also lor Swimminir Handicap Race.
