Per Prees Association. Received 19,4.15 p.m. London, April 18. A representative meeting of Scotsmen in London initiated a movement for a London memorial to Sir Hect r Mac Donald. A vote of thanks was passed to tha French nation and Press for their sympathy on the occasion cf the death. They demanded an inquiry iuto Sir West Ridge way's inconsiderate spech with reference to Sir Hector Macdonald in the Oeylon Legislative Council.
