TOURIST TRAFFIC.

Mk Donne, of tbe Tourist Depai tment, accompanied by Mr Pringle, photographer to the Department, arrived in town by the mail train last evening He was met at the station by Mr Jennings, M.H.R., Mr McKenzia, Commissioner of Crown Lands, and Messrs W. 11. Skinner, W. A. Collis, Percy Smith and others, and drove to tha Criterion Hotel. This morning he visits tbe Mountain House in company with the above gentlemen, returning to New Plymouth in the evening. He will stay in New Plymouth over Sunday, and probably Monday, returning liouth via Cape Egmont and Opuu \ke.
