Ihe Lands and Surrey Department has prepared the plans for th» Spotswood settlement, which is to ba thrown open for selection on May sth. This is the property, two miles from New Plymouth, which was bought from Messrs liaziy and Mills and T. 0. Kelsey for workmen's homes. The area is SOI acres.
