At the inquest at Burnham into the death of James Danny, who was found drowned in a tank at the Industrial School, the evidence showed that the boy was of a sullen disposition, and was of weak intellect, which led him into bad habits. Dr Byrnes thought ths school was not the proper place for persons of weak intellect, unless separated and classifi d. The jury returnvd an open verdict, and endorsed Dr Byrnes' opinion as to classification. Oabtbbtoh, March 19.

At an inquest yesterday on the two year old son of John Sage, a settler at Glarevifle, a verdict of accidentally drowned was returned.
