LABOUR TROUBLES.
Per Press Associatnn. Amstehdaat, M rch 10. The second Ohambrr of the Netherlands States-General has passed the railway measure by 81 votes to 6. The Chamber passe 1 a clause imposing a penalty of nine months imprisonment and a fine of £l2 on persons found guilty of attempts to interfere with individual liberty. Another clausa puoishes as a misdemeanour strikes by railway workers. The whole Bill was agreed to by 81 to 14.
The Chamber authorised the formation of a military brigade of wo'kers for the railway durirg the s'rikes, and also an inquiry into the position of the personnel of the railways. Home, April 11.
