Ail old tigo peusioiu-r was to-day charged with false representation in not disclosing the whule of his prop&rty wheu making a claim for a pension, he hiving at the time £ 100 on deposit in the Hank. In ontequanoa I was paid £7 mora pension than he was entitled to. The S.M. severely lectured defendant, and ordered him to pay £l4 i aud costs within 48 hours.
