PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Paris, June 17 A submarine vessel was aubme'gnd fnr two hours at Cherbourg, when three of the crew becime unconscious tbroufh carbonic acid gas poisoning. M, Pdlle'an has postponed further trials. The French Government has purchased the plans of the Bcrthon submarine ro<t for £BOOO, and is building twenty of them.
