PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, May 6. The annual meeting of the National Council of Wom«n was hpld here this evening, the M»yor presiding. Addresses of welcome were delivered by the Mayor and local clergy. There was a goo] representative attendance of delegates from all parts of the colony Mrs Sievwright delivered h< r presidential aides*, which was of a comprehensive n i ture, embracing many subjects which have agitated the eoaial nod political world during the past yeir. The addre-R was able and exhaustive, and the President w.-s accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
