THE ELECTIONS IN FRANCE.
PER PBISS ASSOCIATION. Paris, April 22. The election campaign has commenced amid much excitement. The Radical-Bepublicau manifesto advicates two years' military service for all labourers, accident insurance, income tix, woikmen's superannuation fund, and energetic defence of indiliberty.
Gearral Mercier was stoned and hurt at the election meeting at Pertenbsrmard.
