ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
PSK PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, April 23. The body of a man as yet unidentified, was washed ashore in Oriental Bay this morning. It had apparently been in the water a fortnight. Palmmbtoh Nobth, April 23. Frederick Hadfieid, aged 40, manager of the Burton brewery, died this. morning, presumably from the effects of an over-don of laudanum, taken for, insomnia. &n inquest will be held. '
