THE ALLANTON FATALITY.
ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. PIR PUESS ASSOCIATION. Dunkdw, April 11. At the Police Uourt to-day, Hugh Sweeney was charged with the morder at Allanton, on March 24th, of Annie Sinnott. It will be remembered that the remains of the woman were found among the debris of her burned cottage, aad a constable, on making an examination, found the prong of a carving fork ' sticking in her heart. Bume additional witnesses were called, but the evidenoe di'if red in no material respect from Dint at. the iuquest. Accused was committed for trial, the Magistrate declining tfa * responsibility of granting bail, which w«i» applied for.
