SOLDIERS JOIN THE REBELS. m PMBB ASSOCIATION London, March 21. Telegrams received from Lungcbau inform the Viceroy of Canton that General Su's 20,000 drilled troops with modern rifles have joined the rebels. Received 23, 5.17 p.m. London, March 22. In the House of Commons Lord Cranborne, in reply to a questior, said the Chinese reported that the troops at Kwanpi rebelled because their pay was in artear.
