COUNTY RATEPAYERS' PETITION. WHEREAS the New Plymouth Borough Council propose to claim from the Taranalii County Council a one-third share of the cost of an expensive bridge over the Te Henui stream. COUNTY RATEPAYERS will t»ke notice that the following petition will be circulated throughout the County for signature:— We, the u'-flprsiijted ratepayers of the Taranaki County, hereby protest against the erection of a costly bridee over the Te Henni river (as proposed by the New Plymouth Borough Council at an estimated cost of £3,448) the Taranaki County Oouncil beinp called upon to oontribute towards the cost thereof.
