The Fire Brigade was quickly on the sp 4, and with the hilp of the pub'io the fiie was extinguished after destroying a stable and out'uildiugs «* the Star Office, the proprietors of which lise about £3OO. Wilson hi d Has»ell, and the (I.T.G. .£IOO, and Hunting, photographer, £6. 1 he Atar outbuilding and oontecte were insured for £2OO in the Phoenix and New Zealand Inauranoe offices.
