CROWN SEPARATOR. 10 GALLONS PER HOUB. 51 ON TRIAL ATMJDHIRST DAIRY FACTORY. JIREOTOR3 and MANAGERS of FACTORIES are invited to an INSPECTION of this SEPARATOR At the above Factory fmm 13th TO 20th J&.NUARY INCLUSIVE. Mr Joseph Harkness' opinion:— " The Crown Separator R25 has been duly installed in our Factory. We find it as close a skimmer as any machine we have run. It separates the specified 510 gallons in the hour, and has even put through 1350 gallons in 2Jtours 32 rainntes with a loss at the end of this quantity of only 'O6 per cent, tat in skim milk, and sbowine no sign of choking. It is a strongly built machine with only one bearing, and runs with the minimum of vibration and noise. Tam of opinion that it is a Separator which will last well and take very little to maintain. As far as my experience of it has gone, I am inclined to think is is the coming factory Separator. " (Binned) Joseph G. Habkness. "Midhirst, January 9th, 1902." THE N.Z.
