PER rBBSS ASSOCIATION. Wakgamji, February 27. Tn the Supreme Court yesterday, •Joseph Howard was acquitted of a charge of horse stealing; Yaalerie -Jenry was admitted to probation for stealing a ring; Fritz Spielman was 'sentenced to 18 months for horse stealrag; Richard Collis, a lad, was acquitted of a charge of breaking and entering; George Thurston, for theft, "as sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment cumulative on a sentence for prison breaking; alao 12 months for stealing £9 10s. Henry O'Hara, for forgery of a telegram, was sentenced to twelve months' hard labour; George Edward Prebble, aliat Edward Whitehead, for horse stealing, was sentenced tdtwo years.
