Two crews to start or no race. Three crews to stave or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any bost not at the smarting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests mast be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Each protest mast be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum f hall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by tne Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry All post entries <to close on Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary.
