THE Persons claiming to be Next-of-Kin, according to the Statutes for the Distribution of the Jt states of Intestates, of THOMAS JKFFRHY (otherwise known as Thomas Jeffreys.!, late of Charters Towers, in the State of Queensland, of the Commonwealth of Australia, a native of St. Agnes, Cornwall, England, living at the time of his death, ob the thirteenth day of May, 1896, or to be the legal Personal Representatives of such of the said Next of-K'n as are now dead, are requested to send in particulars of theii clai.rs to the Curator of Intestate Estates in Brisbane, in the btate aforefaid.
