PBE PHESB ASSOCIATION. Dunbdih, December 3. Mr W. Earnehtw, one of the oandidittes for the vacant Cavershaai seat» addressed the electors this evening. He announced himself as a supportw of mtasures instead of men. The candidate received a fair hairing, although there was considerable opposition. Al his own request no vote of thanks op confidence was proposed. The meeting carried a motion of condolence with the widow of the late Mr M-rrison, on the motion of Mr Eirnshaw.
