AN IMPORTANT RULING. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION, Wellington, September 1. A ruling of important under jadustrial Conciliation Agt has been given by the president of the Arbitration Court. Saotion 21 makes provision fqr either party to a dispute to parry it direct to the Court, His 1 Honour bas declared that eitiier party j (Mans the osllective b.ody where em-| plovers are cited, and the signature of eaqh employer ro cited is necessary be- j fore the matter can be referred direct j to the Court without previous inquiry j by the Conciliation Board.
