A reward tf £250 is offered for the apprehension of Thomas Goudie, the Bank of Liverpool book-keeper, for forgirg and uttering a cheque. The crime is attributed to gambling on the tarf. The Privy Council has decided that the Provincial Legislature of Manitoba is entitled to enact for the suppretsion of tho liquor traffic, and hss allowed the Attorney-General's appeal, without costs. Ottawa, November 23. The Fenians who founded the " Order of the Midnight Sun " have fled from Dawson City and to the Stttcs, owing to resolutions passed against them.
