PER PUBS') ASSOCIATION. Dctnedin, November 24. The wife of James Dawson, a member of the Permanent Artillery, committed suicide by hanging herself gome time on Fridiy night. Sha had been an inmate of the Seacliff Asylum for some time, but was let out, having greatly improved. Blenheim, Novembar 24. The body uf a man, between 40 and 50 years of age, was found yesterday in theTuamarica creek. It "had been in the water about three daya. The cue is evidently one of suicide, the right hand being till to tie right leg with flax. The man, who is a stranger to the district, was wearing clothes bearing the brand of the Wellington Lunatic Asylum, and marked with the name " Irvine."
