RE WERTHEIM MACHINES. rHIS is to caution the public against buying Sowing Machines represented as Wertheim unless the trade mark, and stamp of the manufacturer, Joseph Wertheim, Frankfort on Maine, is distinctly affixed to, and imprinted upon, the machine. This caution is found necessary, owing to certain unprincipled persons pretending to sell genuine Wertheim Machines, and passingoff cheap and worthless imitations thereof, and thereby unlawfully trading on the splendid name and reputation which the wonderful Wertheim Sewing Machines have attained as the Most Perfect and Up-to-date Family Machines that are procurable.
