On and after the Ist November, the following alterations will be made in times for dosing mails :>—B.T.F.O. mails close daily at ABO a.m. Wanganni, Waitara, loglewood, Stratford, Ellham, Normanby, Hawera, and Bdl Block at 3.45 p.m. The Postage to Samoa is, for the present, 8)d per half cz., instead of Id, as previously announced F.
