POSTAL OFFICIAL IN TROUBLE.
PEH PRESS ASSOCIATION. Nelson, October 30. Walter William Jabez Hall, recently a cadet in the Postal Department, was charged to-day at Motueka with embezzling various sums, most of which were handed to bim for deposit in the Post Office Savirgs Bank. The total defalcations amounted to .£261. Accused pleaded guilty, and will go before the Supreme Court for sentence.
