Friday, 18thOctobib. The Council met at 2 30. p.m. The Chemists Rota of Attendance Bill was introduced by Hon. H. Feldwick and read a first time. The Money Lenders Bill was read a third time on the voices and passed. The Cornwall Park Duties Exomptiou, Opium Prohibition, and Charitable Institutions Rating Bills were reported from committee without amendment, read a third tint and passed. The Council rose at 2.45 p.m.
