PBB PKES ABSOCUIIOH. Wellington, September 27. Arguni' nt was heard in the Supreme Ootirt ease, Moore and othrrs v. Public Trustee, a claim for pensions on the fond raised after the Brunner Mine duutei;. The pensions had bem stuped on tli* plaintiff* remarrying. Mr. Goinnew, for plaintiffs, claimed that the provisions of the deed uoder which the Tiostee acted had not been complied with, as the Board had not been consulted. Judgment was deferred. Thomas Bould was fined £2O at the Magistrate's Court on two charges of ■ly grog selling at Joknsonville.
