The seveo-a-side tournament to be held in the Recieition Grounds this aflernooo, under the auspices of the Friendly Sicieti s, promises to be a grett success, provided the weather is favourable The committee in charge of the arrangements has been working bp J, and everything is in good order to ensure a successful afternoon's sport. | Six teams have entered for the various I mitcbea, so that cotnpetitiQp slnuld be keen. The Garrison Band will be in at'eodance, and this alone should prove a strong attraction to many who may riot be so mueh interested in the g«me*. The object of the committee—to augment the funds of the - Rscrcation Grounds Board—is a worthy one, and should eplist the sympathy and support dt a'l seo'ions of the oowmanity The touruamenl starts at 2.30 pn. sharp.
