A COLL4PBE IMMINENT. Received 14, 3.43 pm. Washikotoit, September 13. A bulletin tailed at noon stages that tbe President; wag barely holding his own, and was unable to retain injected nourishment. The mucous membrane , was ranch irritated, and there was danger of a sudden collapse.
