AN ALARMING CHANGE.
FAILURE OF DEESTIVE ORGANS. CABINET AND 2&HILY SUMMONED. (By Electric Telegraph —Copyright) [per pees? association.] Washihgtos, September 13. A bulletin at 3 o'clock yesterday morning stated that Mr MeKinley's condition was very serious, and the gravest appieherrjions were felt. The patient does not respond to stimulations, though he is conscious. Particulars sbow that an alarming change for the 'worse occurred at 2 o'clock, following on failure of the digestive organs. J A slight rally took pli* about 4 o'clock.
The Cabinet and friends have been summoned. Mr James Wilson, Secretary for Agricufure, declared at 6 o'clock that Mr McKinley was still fighting for life, itnd had a cfeance.
