ANGLICAN GENERAL SYNOD.

SPECIAL SESSION. PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, September 13. The Synod concluded its si ssion this morning. Resolutions were pas«ed that the method of raising of money to indemnify the trustees of Porirua College Trust, if an indemnity is needed, be referred to the next General Synod; that the trustees be instructed to afoertain whether it is possible to devise a scheme for the Trust that would sit-' isfy all parties, and appointing a Recess Committee to consult with the trustees in regard to an appeal to the Privy Council. Another resolution placed on record the regret of the Syno 1 at the death of Archdeacon Dudley, of Auckland, and expressed condolence with his widow and family.
