OBITUARY.
PES PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, September 9. Obituary : Lord Morris and Killanin, aged 74. Doctor Voq Miquel, Prussian Minister of Finance, of apoplexy. [Lord Morris was bom in 1827, at d educated at Trinity College, Dublin. He was tailed to the Irish Bar in | 1849, and made a Q.C. in 1863. In I 1866-7 be was Solici'or-Qoneral for Ireland. Lord Morris was Lord Oljief Justica of Common Pleas from 1876 to 1887, Lord Chitf Justice of i Ireland, 1887-9, and a Lord cf Appel 1889-1900. He was aCommissioner on National Education in Ireland, and a Senator and Vice-Chan-cellor of the Royal University. In 1885 he was created a baronet,, and
a life Pterin 1889, and an heriditary Peer in 1900.] [Dr. Von Miquel was a prominent figure in the Prussian political arena. He was vid-President of thn Ministry aDd Minister for Finance.] Chihstciiurch, Septembrr 10. William Vincent Brewer, who arrived in Canterbury in 1851, died today, aged 70.
