PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Christchurch, August 21. A nautical inquiry re the schooner Jessie Nicoi was hrld at Lyttelton this afternooD. The Court found that Captain Brown msde an error of judgment in altering his course when off Cape Oampb»ll, bat the error was not of such a nature as to warrant dealing with his certificate, which was returned. He was ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry.
