IB FHB3 iSSOCUTIOV. - Nxw Yokk, August 18. The American strike letdero are disappointedat the refusal of the men of tte Western States to aesist them. Eight tin plate mills in Ohio, employing 8000 hands, are ordered to be dismantled and removed. Tbe Oven mills at MoKeesport are similarly tbrmtjoed. Many eitiea have offered the Steel Trust money, land, and remissions of taxes to bring tbe mills to their locality.
