PBR PBESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, August 13. In the Supreme Court the Grand Jury returned no bill againsn Emil Bergen, charge! wi'h attempted murder by administering poison to his wife. Accused was discharged. Wellikqtos, August 12. At the Supreme Court the jury returned true bills on all indictment* ex cept that agiinst Fong L?e for indecent assault. Andrew Feasor was fouud not guilty of horse stealing. George Howe, a Chinaman, was sentepc d to twilve months imprisonment for keeping a disorderly house. At the Supreme Court, Wilter Richmond, a farmer at Glen Oroua, near Palmerston North, waß found guilty of stealing 29 sheep, and remanded for the leport of the Probation Officer.
