Lord Silishury and Mr. Balfour presfnted the King's to the Bouses of Lords and Commons respectiv»ly, recommending a g'anrj of .£IOO,OOO to Lord Roberts for his eminent services ti the country. Most of the Commoners cheered the message. At a midnight debate on the Agricultural Rates Bill, the Nationalists] were noisily obstructive, Mr. William Redmond greeting the Speaker's call for erder with p -reistsnt shouts for ths police. Messrs Redmond and P. O'Bri* n were subsequently named and suspended. The King's Titles Bill was read a second time in the House of Lords. Lord B.os»b9ry suggested the words, "Of all Britain Beyond the Seas, King." Lord Sali>bury said it was desirable to rrceive the written views of the co'onie-f before a fiaal decision was made. The Nationalists have decided to strenuously oppose the Bill. ,
