THE ROYAL TOUR.
DUKE AND DUCHESS AT PERTH. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Perth, July 22. The Royalties landed at A'b vny and proceeded by special train to Perth, arriving early this morning. The Britannic teiched Albany at the same time as the Ophir, and the Royal party joined in the welcome to her returned soldiers.
I Received 23, 1.17 a.m. Perth, July 22, The Governor and Ministers officially welcomed the Boyaltits in the forenoon, and a procession traversed the fcaily decorated and densely crowded streets from the railway itation to the Town Hall, where the Mayor presented aa address of welcome. The Duke and Duchees afterwards viewed tha Friendly Societies' and Ctiinvse and Afghans' procession. There whs an official d'nner at Government Hous9 at night. The city was brilliantly illuminated. The display was impo»icg and the enthusiasm unbounded.
