Mr. Millen, New South Wales, moved an amendment to the Ad-dress-in-Reply, that black labour cease at once. Mr Ewing, Westralia, seconded. Received 24, 0.51 a.m. Melbourne May 23. The debate on tte Ad 'ress-in-Reply is proceeding. Various speakers criticised the proposed Westralian Railway, which caused Sic John F<rrest to threaten what wou'd happen if his S ate did not get railways. Two notice) of mo'icn were given, asking the Federal Premier whether his attention had been dr twn to the threat of his csllrague to up the Union if the railway were not const; uc'eJ.
