A SETTLE R SHOT. News reached New Plymouth yesterday of the death of a atttl r at Kaimate as the result of a gun accident Euquirers resulted in ascertaining that the settler was Mr. Moate Wat?on and that the accident occurred near Mr. A C irr's residence, Tariki Road, and that Mr. Stanford, t'.M., had gone out to hold an inque°t, (PBB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) I HOLE WOOD, May 9. Mr.. Mon'e Watson, who was shot accidentally in the side, died at 4 o'clock yi s ordfty, The deceased r»sided at Tiriki Road.
